The validity of the company's services and products is also demonstrated by its training, which is constantly updated and supported by certificates obtained after the technical courses attended by staff, including safety courses, the Energy Manager course, the KNX course and the Level 2 licence for thermal systems.

S.T.E. srl has also received several awards, including the Premio Italia Che Lavora, at the end of 2007.
